MRCOG tag in your dream list? The exams for MRCOG Part 1 and MRCOG Part 2 are just a few months away. Searching for MRCOG Part1 books or MRCOG part 2 resources? But before that, you should have filled the Expression of Interest (EOI) to be eligible to book MRCOG Part 1 or Part 2 exam.
Alert! For the January 2026 diet, the EOI is closing tomorrow (12th Sep 2025).
What is the Expression of Interest (EOI)?
Every candidate aspiring to attempt the MRCOG Part 1 or Part 2 exam, should submit an Expression of Interest, before the required deadline, in order to be eligible to book an exam.
Filling the Expression of interest does not guarantee a seat in the exam, but is mandatory to get an opportunity to book for MRCOG Part 1 or Part 2. This is an important step that you can’t afford to skip or miss before every MRCOG exam sitting.
Why is the EOI Important?
Candidates become eligible to book MRCOG Part 1 or MRCOG Part 2 exam, only if they have submitted their EOI. This has to be done afresh before every exam booking for Part 1 MRCOG and Part 2 MRCOG exams. Submitting the Expression of Interest (EOI) ensures that you receive the booking link and invite, once the booking window for your desired exam opens.
It is mandatory to submit the Expression of Interest for first time candidates as well. However they are additionally required to submit an eligibility form and get it approved before heading to the booking procedures.
Your details, including your name, email and RCOG account number, provided in the Expression of Interest MRCOG Part 1 and Expression of Interest MRCOG Part 2 must exactly be the same as those in your RCOG account. In case of any mismatches, you will not be able to book for the exam, even if you have submitted the EOI.
Candidates will receive an email when the booking for the particular exam opens with the instructions and guidelines to book via PERSON VUE test centres, provided that they have submitted the Expression of Interest and are eligible to attend the exam.
Do not wait any longer since the MRCOG Part 1 and Part 2 Jan 2026 Exam Expression of Interest window is closing tomorrow. If you have any queries or need any assistance regarding the booking process, don’t hesitate to connect with our team.
