Hyderabad will host the 66th All India Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology -AICOG 2024 in January 2024. The most prominent gathering of obstetricians and gynaecologists will take place at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) from 6th to 10th of January 2024, paving way for understanding the modern-day developments inside obstetrics and gynaecology.

The congress aims to emphasize the most recent trends and advancements in the field of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The event will primarily focus on the following themes: “Obstetric Medicine, Emerging Technologies in OB GYN, Environment & Reproduction, Sexual Reproductive Health, and Pelvic Medicine.” Featuring some of the most renowned stalwarts from the field, the AICOG 2024 will have a bunch of scientific presentations, plenary talks, workshops, poster presentations, exhibitions, seminars on a wide range of topics and more.

Things to Keep in Mind While Applying for AICOG 2024

Conference Registration

Conference Registration is mandatory for workshops, CME, & Banquet. Registration is mandatory for all delegates, including children above the age of 5 yrs. Registration for children under 5 years is free.

Photo ID and Registration Badge

Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates to enter the conference area. Delegates must ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area. Registration is non-transferable, and delegates must bring a receipt at the time of registration.

Spot Registrations

For spot registrations, payment will be accepted only by cash/card. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.

Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.

Accompanying Persons

Entry of the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the event.

AICOG 2024: Terms and Conditions

Only one registration per UTR/Demand Draft will be accepted. Apart from that, Congress will consider multiple registrations against one transfer as Trade Registration, and fees will apply accordingly. Organizers have the right to reject a registration if found any violation of registration rules.

Registration DD/Cheque should reach the “AICOG 2024” Secretariat office within 10 days of the DD/Cheque issuing date via speed post or registered post/courier. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab transition period.
