Targeting the MRCOG Part 1 or Part 2 exam this July? Here is an important update for you. The booking window for these exams, which are scheduled to take place in July 2025, will be opened soon by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).

As per the official information, the booking window for both Part 1 and Part 2 of MRCOG will open on 22 April 2025 and close on June 3rd, 2025. So, it is important to act fast to secure your slot, as all bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

MRCOG Part 1 exam date: July 1, 2025

MRCOG Part 2 exam date: July 2, 2025

Result release date for both exams: July 30, 2025

How to apply for MRCOG Part 1 and Part 2 

The booking process for the MRCOG Part 1 and Part 2 exams is carried out entirely through the official exam portal of RCOG. Candidates who have submitted the EOI form will get an email from RCOG once the booking window opens. This email will have instructions on how to book your exam slot.

• Use the link in the mail to access the booking platform.
• Log in using your RCOG account email ID and password.
• You will be taken to the Exam Candidate Portal of RCOG. Here you can search and book available test centre spaces.

Remember that the default search will show test centres nearer to your registered address. As we discussed earlier, the booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis. So, you must act quickly to avoid any last-minute hassles.
